Unity Renovations is a general contractor serving Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. We offer home remodeling, additions, interior renovation and repairs, roofing, outdoor living projects, and related services. Some work is performed by qualified subcontractors that we select and coordinate.

Content on this website, including service descriptions and project photos, is for general information only. It is not a quote, guarantee, or offer. Project photos show past work and may not reflect the exact results for your project.

3. Estimates and Contracts

Estimates are free unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered (for example, hidden damage, rot, or code issues).
No project begins until we have a written agreement or contract signed by both parties. That agreement, not this website, governs pricing, scope, schedule, payment terms, permits, and any warranty.
If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls.

4. Scheduling

We do our best to meet agreed timelines. Schedules can be affected by weather, material availability, permitting and inspections, and other factors outside our control.

5. Text Messaging Terms
